Default Slow forward ok in reverse

Just finished a lift kit and tire up grade, also 4 of the 6 new batteries, Buggy goes very slow with no torque in forward, but reverse seems to do pretty good. Any ideas on what to check? I'm a nooby so I'm pretty lost. Thanks

If it has a factory controller could be the speed sensor.

The reversing microswitch is likely activating in forward, try reversing the A1 and A2 wires at the motor and see how it works then.

2 marginal batts will damage new batts! you need to check the 2 marginal batts, individually, to see if they drop under load-if they do -replace and you should be good...

might be something else-but check your batts first.

i understand saving $$$, but you cant cut corners on batts with out risk. good luck and tell us what you find.
