Both (B+ and B-) and (B+ and M-) read 34.5.

I am assuming the attached pic is the pedal box? There where no exposed wires. Connections seemed solid. I checked under the cart and wire seemed good.
The voltage being the same between B- and B+ & between M- and B+ indicates the controller output is at 100%, however the 1.0V difference between the battery pack and controller indicates some iffy high current cables.

Attached drawing has the in-line connector circled in Red.

What is the best way to clean the inline connector?

I'd start by using contact cleaner, then plug/unplug/replug several times.

A little progress made. After cleaning connector the cart now goes 10-11mph on flat ground in forward. However, instead of barely moving in reverse it now goes 8-9 mph. What should I do?

Check the half speed microswitch on the FNR.

Forgive me ignorance. What is that? Where is it. How do I check it?

Download the Service Manual from the stickies and adjust the ITS plunger if necessary. Mine wasn't going to 100% when I first got it.

You can also hook up a laptop to the controller, with the buggy up on jack stands, and see if it goes to 100% when the pedal is floored. Don't do this too long, as an unloaded motor may cause harm if run this way too long.

Ok now we have another frustration. Adjusted the ITS plunger to 17/64 drill bit size as dictated by the manual. Cart is still doing the same thing expect for one thing. Now it wants to start and stop. Mostly start and stop during forward. Just now I was only able to get it to move in reverse. What does this mean? I have not hooked up to a laptop because I do not have the necessary connection to hook it up. I am guessing I need to purchase the connection cable from Alltrax?
