1993 ezgo marathon steering rack ball joint replacement

I have an early 1994 marathon, before they made certain changes to them. I have been working on it and discovered the steering rack ball joint is loose and needs replacing, creating play in the steering. It has the frame mounted steering. The steering box in the floorboard has 4 bolts and a grease fitting. I found directions how to replace this ball joint in the 2001 technical manual, but I can't find a tensioner bolt, or tensioner. Is anyone familiar with the pre 94 steering? I"m expecting I will have to remove the steering rack to replace the ball joint connected to it, but how do i remove the rack? thank you.

thank you crash dummy. I tightened the ball joint and greased the steering box and most of the play is gone . I do have a question though. while greasing the rack ball joint, i couldnt see any grease coming out. I kept pumping. I noticed the bellows over the rack was swollen with grease from what it had been. Is there an opening from the ball joint that leads to the rack? or was that my imigination?
