New bushings tight
Trying to change front bushings on CC DS.. new bushings are way too snug for the existing hole. Specifically the end caps not going in. Not all bushings were bad and the ok bushings that I pulled out were not near as
Snug. Order front suspension kit from GC Kings but it’s the same kit offered by other site sponsors. Should I grease the end caps first? Should both caps be installed first and rod pushed through? |

Re: New bushings tight
You should need a clamp to get new bushings in to be honest. Put the pin in after both halves are all the way in. Dish soap helps get them in too

Re: New bushings tight
A small amount of grease will help them slide in.
