Controller is green untill you get on the gas and try to move. It tries but then the controller blinks red. I dont dare to try past that.

What would be the firsr thing to check? Was ok for roughly, total guess, 20 miles? Could the motor be smoked? How do i check?
How did the cart get from the park to your house?
If it was towed, hopefully the Run/Tow switch was placed in Tow!!!!!
Else the controller or motor or both may have been destroyed.

There are Green-Red blink code for various errors, but no blinking red code is listed. Solid red means it is in program mode and blinking amber (Alltrax calls it yellow, but it looks sorta yellow plus red to most people) means 100% throttle with current limiting.

Does the solenoid click when pedal is pressed?

Luckily she called me when it happened. I had them flip it to tow and push it home.

I will get the exact sequence tonight. As always, thank you. (especially for posting the blink codes)

The 1 Green - 2 Red error code means battery the voltage between the the XCT's B- and B+ terminals is less than what the user programmable Under Voltage slider is set for.

1. What is the battery pack voltage? (Should be 38.5V at 100% SoC)

If the solenoid is not clicking when the pedal is pushed, we should start troubleshooting at C1 (Alltrax calls J1 C1) With the tab at the bottom, Pins 1 through 5 are on top row from left to right. Bottom row are Pins 6 through 10 from left to right.

2. With charger unplugged from cart, Run/Tow in Run and Keyswitch ON:

3. What is the voltage on C1 Pin-4?

4. What is the voltage on C1 Pin-5?

5. What is the voltage on C1 Pin-6?

What is the voltage on C1 Pin-7?

I can't thank you enough for taking the time to reply. While i was gathering the data i noticed a small black wire going to the solenoid negative did not look right. I recreated the connection and i am back up running. If you are ever in Arizona i owe you lunch and beer!!
