Make sure the Tow/run switch red wire is connected to the Solenoid big post on the battery side.
If it is, measure the voltage on both sides of the Tow/Run switch to make sure it is good. If the switch is good, You will need to check the sonic welds from the Tow/Run switch to key switch. |

I'd first start at the charging circuit. Does the charger work? Does the reverse buzzer work?
