Default wiring problem

i have a 96 txt. this is what happened. i was coming back from the lake when all the sudden one of my straps broke. causing my cart to fall off the trailer. once it did went threw some brush breaking my front axle and the top.

once we got it out back up the the rd. i put the cart in gear it moved forward when accelerator was pushed. till it hit my buddy's arm. at this point the wires started arcing where the top broke and the light wires weir run through it and grounding out. i pulled the converter wires off (they were hot where it grounded)and it did not move anymore when pedal was pushed. we loaded it up i got it home replaced everyhting front axle new motor new computer. checked rear axle all fine.

now that everything is new i cant get it to move on the ground once its on jack stands it will move but with pressure on it will just hum any thoughts to what it could be would be great
