Default CartsUnlimited order issues

Anyone else have issues with your order from cartsunlimited.net? I spent a good amount, nearly 1100$, and had a few issues. I’ve contacted ScottB, but yet to hear back from him since Friday and he’s posted on here.. perhaps this will get his attention? @scottyb

I only received 11 cables (missing 2?)
Alltrax 500 amp did not come with universal solenoid mounting bracket nor any of the bolts to mount the bracket and the controller to the cart.

It was odd that I didn’t receive a box with my controller, I’m sure it was to save room since he programs it beforehand... but now I realize I’m also missing the bolts to mount to the golfcart. I can get that at the hardware, but it’s frustrating!

Hopefully this is a fluke, and others haven’t had the same issues.

Hey Nickkle,

I just purchased a DVM last night. It was marked shipped this morning. This is my only experience with cartsunlimited.net so I can’t be of much help. Hope you get it all sorted out.

He was quick to ship, just missing some items and he sent the wrong cables? Hassle cause now I have to run to the post office to send the incorrect cables back. Hoping he can resolve my other issues.. don’t like dealing with emails back and forth, phone is always easier and quicker to get things resolved.

I’m confident Scotty will make it right. He usually ships super fast and yours is the first I’ve read on here about any complaints. I don’t want to speak for him but I’d imagine he prefers emails solely to save time. There’s a lot of us on here that are rookies to fixing their carts. I used him for a lot of stuff in my rebuild and had some questions I now realize were very basic. He answered all emails quickly.

I hope you get fixed up soon.

I have ordered from Scotty several times and never had an issue, I am sure he will make it right. The mounting hardware doesn't come with the controller that I remember.

He's taking care of it, thanks guys! Originally wanted to PM him on here, as I saw he was originally online here and hadn't responded to my emails for several days.

Glad to see he's great at taking care of any issues!

Cart on!
