Default 2008 TXT Upgrade. Am I missing anything?

Greetings all,

I've decided to upgrade my 08 TXT PDS and was wondering if what I have come up with is good to go or if I should change/add/delete anything. I genuinely appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

What I plan to do:

For the motor and controller update, going with Scotty B's Admiral Pkg 6 B4
and the XCT48500 Alltrax

Upgrading to from 36v to 48v (6 8V Trojans)
-Any recommendations on chargers? Do I need to change the charger port? (currently a two pin)

Jakes Long Travel Lift Kit

12" wheels (considering 14") and 22" or 23" tires
-Any opinions one way or the other on this?

Am I missing anything?

There are more smaller/cosmetic kinda stuff I'm gonna do but fairly confident in my choices there. The ones above are the bigger/pricier upgrades so I wanted to make sure I'm on the right path. Thanks again for the help all

Go with a Summit II with a Powerwise D plug, that way you don't have to replace the cart's charge receptacle. The 650W unit should suffice. https://www.cartsunlimited.net/lester-summit-ii.html

Add a FN-Key or a Bluetooth module so you can have 3 programmable user modes. https://www.cartsunlimited.net/alltr...-controls.html

Get a XCT kit with a 400A solenoid.

Replace all 10 high current cables with 2Ga. Be sure to specify you'll be using 8V batteries, they require longer interconnection cables. https://www.cartsunlimited.net/battery-cables.html

I'd go with the smaller rim diameter and taller sidewall tires for a softer ride.
