Default Alltrax code. Ezgo txt

I was getting some codes with my new alltrax install and I bought a new its sensor. So Now it’ll run stop sun stop run stop. Very short intervals. Now I’m getting the codes. Low throttle input overage, low battery and shut down. Any ideas of what could be wrong. Attached is the diagram I used to wire it. The only thing I don’t have wired is the KSI to the controller. I’ve got it wired a different way

Did you try resetting the AutoCal after the new throttle install?

No, I didn’t see that option. Is it under the controller tab on the toolkit program ?

This is from a very early version of Toolkit. Ought to still be there.

Okay thanks. If this helps diagnose the situation. The cart will run on what’s called “pump” throttle but the its get 100% throttle as soon as I hit the pedal. Also in “ezgo its” it’s get 100% throttle as soon as it gets pressed

Check the voltage between the black and white wires from the ITS sensor with SR set to EZGO ITS throttle.

Should be 10V with pedal up and 6V with pedal down.

If it is above 10V, there may be some cross-talk in the in-line connector at the end of the gray cable coming out of the pedal box. There is battery pack voltage going to and from the pedal switch on pins adjacent to the ITS wires and all it takes is a little moisture to get cross-talk.

Chop the connector off and connect the individual wires together with butt-splices or solder joints, waterproofing the connections with marine grade (adhesive filled) shrink tubing.

Okay so I did that and I think I was getting like between 6-7 volts when petal was pressed. I don’t think I tried it when the pedal wasn’t pressed
