Default Motor and controller upgrade

I've been thinking about upgrading the motor and controller for my 2011 Precedent and I've got a couple questions.

1. what's and OBC, do I have one, and do I need it?

2.this is the motor I'm interested in buying
https://plumquick.com/custom-built-m...oner-club-car/

the website says it'll add 10% more torque when paired with a 500amp controller and reach speeds up to 32mph. If I pair with a 600amp controller, will I get more torque and speed? Im mostly interested in the speed but with future plans of stretching the cart a little extra torque couldn't hurt.

3. If I can put a 600amp controller with it will this one work?https://www.extremekartz.com/navitas...on-its-series/
Eventually my kids are going to start driving it and I like the ability to be able to limit the performance and lock in those settings.

Thanks for the help

Do yourself a favor and simply call ScottyB @ CartsUnlimited or Dave @ Revolution Golf Carts. Period. Done. You need the OBC if you don't have a smart charger.

Thanks for the help

I've got a similar set up with a Alltrax 400 amp controller and the Executioner motor. I get 28-30 MPH with 22" tire. It's plenty fast and I usually dial it down when I have other people on the cart because of how fast it is. You need to upgrade your solenoid and battery cables as well for that set up. I personally wouldn't want to go any faster than that in a golf cart. I didn't know that until I did it though.
