ezgo rear end
i have an ezgo gasaline golf cart. i am going to put another motor in it .how does the rear end shift?

The F&R reverse switch is a push pull cable set up. When operated it pushes on one cable while simultaneously pushing the other to rotate a shift fork in the differential.

Is this a 2 stroke cart or 4 stroke? The transaxle is not the same, for an engine swap you really want the 4 stroke transaxle, probably the ME29. If you have a 2 stroke cart, the transaxle does not have reverse.

Also makes a difference if it is for the Robbins or Kawasaki motor...driven pulleys are on opposite sides.
