Ezgo Series cart will not move

I have a ezgo 36 volt series cart. Cart has brand new batteries. Brand new fwd rev switch. Brand new solenoid. The cart has a alltrax axe controller. The cart will only work sometimes. When the cart does not work the solenoid clicks when you press the throttle pedal. I have checked for loose wires. Took wires off and checked motor it was good. Pack Voltage is good. Was wondering if it could be controller or if something maybe wrong with the forward rev switch. Any trouble shooting help would be awesome before I buy a new controller and that does not fix it!!

When my AXE controller went bad sometimes it would run and sometimes it wouldn't. This is the thread from when I was troubleshooting it.

I had similar problem, would work and then stop...it was a connection to the controller that was not loose, but did tighten 1/4 turn when I put a wrench on it. My TXT is 14 years old, so I went thru every connection and checked/cleaned each one until I discovered connection. Would not have known if I hadn't put a wrench on it. Was about to spend lots of money replacing controller, etc. - May not be your problem, but start there.
