Battery charger will not come on
I bought a used cart from Santa with brand new batteries but now when you plug in the charger, it wont close the relay on the charger. So i jumped the relay out on a PowerWise charger and charged the batteries to full voltage, and the charger still wont kick on. The Red/White wire coming off the charging plug gong into a wiring harness and plugs into the controller has 0 volts on it. Should this wire have voltage? And if so, how much. Any wiring diagram would be appreciated.

That wire is for the controller disable not charging. You need to check for pack voltage coming into the charger that turns on the circuit
