Default Cleaning/Waxing Plastic Body

Got a few scuffs and such on the cart we just bought and was wondering what I should use to clean it up. Thanks

Is it the original finish or has the cart been painted?

Looks like it's been painted. Inside battery box is white and looks like there's some overspray. Also under rear wheel wells is white.

Depending on how thick the paint is you could wet sand it with 2000 or 2500 grit and power polish with a rotary buffer and it would look like new. If you don't want to go to that much work, just wax it with a cleaner wax and buff.
