Please stop making new threads about the same issue.

I am not a club car expert but I am sure one will come along shortly and answer your question.

Last I remembered, the orange wire was for the reverse buzzer but don't quote me on that.

you replaced the solenoids, but have you checked if they are getting power on the activation side of the circuit for each solenoid?

Put the cart on jackstands. remove the seat bottom. slowly press the gas and listen for all 5 solenoids to click. my guess is one is not activating.... when you find which one it is use your multimeter to determine why the activation circuit is not complete.

A quick overview of the solenoid is :
The solenoid is a HD on/off switch or Contactor
the connection is made /broken between the 2 large terminals. The 2 small terminals are the activation circuit. typically one terminal will have a constant negative connection to the pack. When Positive power is applied to the second terminal the contact is drawn up against the spring to make contact. When power from either side of the activation circuit is removed then contact is released and the spring pushes it away interrupting the circuit ...It doesn't matter which terminal is neg or pos.
