Help...Please!

Ok, i bought the pb-6. i have the blue and green wires connected, via some photos i found on this site, but i have no idea where to connect the black and white wires from the pb-6 to. i have a 99 cc 48v. my v-glide came off with a wiring harness that i have reused. it have 5 wires in it. i was able to understand that 1 wire will not be used, but i dont know which one that is. can anyone tell me what color wires to connect to the black and white wires from the pb-6? also, the color of the wire that will not be used out of the harness. thanks

The black and white wires send the throttle signal to the controller.
What is the throttle input for your controller ?
What year is your cart?

scotty, i have a 1999 club car 48v. i have a programmable alltrax, but from cc my input is 5k-0. thanks

Okay this is where I was wanting to get to... the PB-6 will have an 0-5k output your Alltrax must be programmed to the same input

yeah, i have te software and connector for the programing. not a problem. but what wires do the black and white from the pb-6 connect to?

does it matter which color goes where? i assume you are talking about on the controller right? thanks scottyb

Yes the controller and no it does not mater which color goes to which terminal so long as the black and white go to controller terminal 1 and 2 and the controller is programed for 0-5k throttle input.... cuz if it's not ~ you are going to get full throttle when you turn the key on and touch the gas.... savy?

O. By the way. What do i do with the rest of the wires in the harness that are not being used? Cut um and tape um up? I got some tape.
