Be very careful with the ITS mounting nuts. The sheet metal nuts cut their own threads onto a plastic stud.
DO NOT over tighten them they will strip and you will be S O L .

I have read about that and notice they werent even hand tight when I took them off with just the socket by hand. Thanks for reminding though.

ITS sensor did the trick. They sure do cost a lot for how little they are.

On my TXT 36v trying this test my microswitch is good but testing ITS continuity is 1 with pedal up and down. Doesn’t change. Does it matter which voltage setting when testing ITS? I’m getting 14.5 to 13.9.

I noticed you mentioned Alltrax in your first post and the ITS checkout that Scotty posted is for a stock series drive controller, whose ITS circuitry is very different even though it uses the same ITS sensor.

If you have an Alltrax controller installed, the voltage between the black and white wires when they are attached to the controller should be 10V with pedal up and 6V with pedal down.
