Found a broken axle on the passenger side just inboard of the bearing

I kind of have the same problem. When rear end is off ground rear wheels will turn but when lowered the cart will not move. Castle nuts are turning. Have checked all batteries voltage shows 35.8 across all batterires. The solenoid shows same voltage across ever post on solenoid is that the way it should be

if the castle nut is spinning its a bad hub.............happens with e-z quite often, when you replace hub make sure you torque nut down to 125 to 140...........................
