Neon lights on 95 cc ds

Im wanting to add neon lights under my cart but not sure how to hook it up.what color wires do i use to make the connection and need to know how to wire the switch for them as well.not to smart when it comes to the carts! All new ball game!!!!!

Do you have a voltage reducer? If so needs wired to it. Red is hot black nuteral to US wire code. Japaan uses blue for 12 volt. Is your cart 36 or 48 volt?

My cart is a 48 vlt.what does the reducer look like and where is it located at?

Depends on type of reducer, may not have one so you will need to buy one if it does not have one.

Does your cart have lights that work right now? BTW, they are LED lights and I'm assuming you want them for under the cart?

Yes i have lights on it now.yes they are for under the cart.i do have a voltage regulator.can and how do i wire them in so they come on with my headlights.

Are your headlights powered off the converter, or one battery? I have a precedent, so I'm not much help for you.

You can either connect them to the headlight harness, or run a new circuit with new switch from the converter.

You should get your headlights onto the converter and connect the LED lights up that same circuit.

Great info.I will wire them into the head light switch.do you know where I can find a wiring diagram for this thing?the head lights are factory so that's a good thing.thanks for the help!
