Default My $150 1993 Marathon Work in Progress...

I picked this up this past summer from CL for $150. Had a broken battery cable & the batteries individually brought back up where it would charge from the cart charger. Still a work in progress!!! But ready enough for Mardi Gras here in Mobile!!!

This is what it looked like when I first bought it.

The material for the seat was "Free" from some stuff at work...
The back seat is off of a Boston Whaler that my neighbor took off his boat... Again Free!!
Repainted my Lil' Cart... Approx = $20.00
Materials for the dash that I liked from another cart on here... $40.00
The top came off a broke down EZGO of a friends... FREE!!!
Scored some take off tires/rims from CL & the guy threw in some wheel covers... $50.00
Bought a new radio from H@llmart (Walmart)... $54.00
Speaker from Fleabay... $20.00
And of course our "House Divided tag" I'm the Bama fan!!! The wife is the other... :-/ LOL... $20.00
And it needed a new brake adjuster... Scored for $10.00

So far I only have Approx $364 invested... But I'm sure it will keep tallying up... LOL

Thanks. It wasn't to hard to get it to fit. I am thinking after Mardi Gras is over here. I want to make a sport type windshield but a little higher and a roll bar in the back. Then do a canvas top with snaps. Convertible for the summer time!!! Got several ideas a I can see this is the site to hang out & get ideas from. ;)

Does your friend have a windshield? I drove mine without a roof and windshield and liked it, but it makes your eyes water, especially in the cold air.
