1 week ezgo build
I got a 1999 ezgo 1 week ago. ( one week and 2 days to be exact)
It was in decent shape. It has new batteries in it and I paid $1000 dollars for it with no charger. I started tearing it down less than 24 hours after I got it. I did not intend to do that but it was something I couldn't resist I guess. I will post pics soon what is the best /easiest way to post pics? http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/...t/27eab359.jpg http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/...t/fd551a5d.jpg http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/...t/97efe94b.jpg |

Re: 1 week ezgo build
Later today I will post pics of the diamond plate kick panel and side panels , pinstripe, and mirror installed . I have a windshield coming and a carbon fiber steering wheel. So far I have less than $2000 in it. Only thing I didn't mention was I had to drive 4 hours each way to pick up the cart.

That looks great. Nice job. I love the hog. And, yeah, the Sporty looks pretty good too. :)

Re: 1 week ezgo build
On the top I used a single stage black paint. I know people say it will pop blister or come up. It I've had good luck painting plastic in the past. I sand it re good with 400 and try to keep the paint as this as possible. I painted it first with a black. Umper paint in a spray can. It sucked. I cleaned and Sanded and it still did not stick well
