Default Arrrrr Crap !!

I have a 96 cc ds 48v series cart with a 36v motor. Last week i had a solenoid go out on me. So i decided to oder a new hd solenoid and at the same time i figured what the hell and got a 400amp alltrax npx controller. Well today i installed the new hd solenoid and the cart drove great ! Used the car for a short while and decided to now install the new controller. So after the new controller was installed i went to test it out and all i have is reverse NO forward. Checked all my wire hookups and even checked out the F/R switch and micro's and everything seems fine. Anyone have any ideas !! Any help is greatly appreciated !!

Jeff

Could be loose connection or broken or corroded wire..

get a wiring diagram from Alltrax and also from club car. Compare the cable hookups from both, sounds like 1 is off.

Before i did anything, i compared the wiring on the curtis controller to the wiring diagram on the alltrax sheet and it was the same.

Unplug the Green, Black, and White wires from the microswitch behind the F&R. Hook the Green to the White and see if that helps. Let me know.

I had my fingers crossed. I think you should call Alltrax and ask for tech support....... If that fails, we are out of options, give me the information I requested to give you an RMA # so we can let Alltrax have a look at it.
