1993 ezgo marathon ...wanting to make faster

I recently bought a 1993 ezgo marathon which is completely stock. I am in the process of having it painted with a lift and new tires/wheels. My question is what can I do with a Cary of this year to make it faster? Money is no problem I just need to be steered on the right direction..I'm looking to make it go as fast as it can. Any ideas? Or products?

Your 93 Ezgo is a series drive cart. Series carts make more torque than speed. You will need to upgrade the drive system. Increase the voltage to 48v. Replace the controller, solenoid, F&R, cables, charger. And the motor to get the most out of it. Post some pics of the cart

CS I have a cart much the same as you and I want more speed too. I'm doing my own thing but my suggestions for you are to upgrade all those things scottyb suggested. Definitely go 48 Volts.
