Default Slow acceleration

Newbie here with a CC Ds. Not too sure in the year model, I can't remember it to be honest. It has 4 12v batteries and the tow/run switch and I've checked all of thee batteries and they are reading good. I did have to have the breaker switch replaced in the charger and it seems to be working fine. My problem is, the cart seems to still do it's top speed but the acceleration doesn't seem to be what it was a week ago. But, it does seem to be the same as it used to be in reverse. I don't know a lot about carts and this is used mainly as a neighborhood cruiser. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Acceleration comes from the amount of torque you have. Torque is determined by the amount of amps available. If your batteries can't put it out or the controller can't deliver it then you have slow acceleration. Hope this helps. Probably a bad connection.
