Headlights/Taillights not working after installing new lights and wiring
I have a 1999 EZ go electric golf cart, and when I bought it the headlights and taillights were not working. I installed all new lights and new wiring, a new switch and fuse. Still, not a single light works. I used the wiring diagram to hook up to two batteries. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this? I have checked a dozen times to make sure everything is hooked up properly.

Re: Headlights/Taillights not working after installing new lights and wiring
If you are putting LED lights, you may have burned them out with putting 36V to the 12V expected voltage. LEDs are made with a voltage range maximum - In this case probably around 14 V maximum. Either the wiring source should be one battery or from a voltage reducer (36/48V to 12V.
