My deepest apology to Sergio. You invested so much time and effort and hope there are no hard feelings against me, or anyone else for that matter. I can understand if you are disappointed or angry that you did not see the resolution of the problem.
As unpleasant as this thread turned out to be, Sergio offered invaluable information that could be of great value to others. It's troubleshooting at its finest! I realize it's asking a lot, but perhaps one of the Admins could edit, remove, the irrelevant information and post it as a sticky. Let's make lemonade.
CCNorth, you have nothing to apologize for, she was headed that way long before you entered the conversation. I really don't think her being a female has anything to do with her reaction, I have male friends that act this way when they don't take their meds as they should. Hope she got her cart fixed for her Dad...."Bless her Heart"

I think as a community we should all reflect on what and how things went wrong with this thread as it certainly does not represent the kind of outcome that anyone should desire or expect from BGW.

Well said....I know the people here have helped me alot and it was intimidating when I first joined, kind of like first day in a new school. You, especially, answered all of her questions with patience and poise and we all should learn from your example...even though it may make us "feel better" to let someone "have it", like she did to CCNorth, we should try to be above that and try to help. Not let BGW turn into another "Bookface". You are to be commended!

Yes it's a shame what happened in this thread. There was no reason for all of that, and everything that happened with her is not in this one thread. There's another thread that she flew off the handle in and that's when it came to an end. No one here at BGW was rude to her. And did not deserve what she dished out. Thanks to everyone that tried/did help her
