What controller and need solenoid?
Hey!
I have a 2001.5 Club Cart DS 48V. I live in a pretty hilly neighborhood. I can do around 16-18 on the flats in my cart, but going up hills I drop to a SLOW crawl... Not fun. After reading around I assume I need a new 400 amp Controller? What all would I need to do this fix at one time? Any suggestions on brans and such? I'm pretty hands on (as I rebuild the cart) and plan to do all the work myself. Much appreciated! |

Re: What controller and need solenoid?
Go to a 500a control. This will let the stock motor or a PQ rewind be all it can be as far as torque production which is what you need on those hills. Try GE 500a control & 200a HD solenoid like pkg 452
