It is not hard, but You do need a windows laptop, an USB cable (printer cable USB-A to USB-B) and the free software from Alltrax.
That is the best way to get the charger sense wire (3rd pin) to provide controller lockout when the charger is plugged. Otherwise: Cut all wires off the OBC that go to the OBC 6-pin connector and splice the Blue and the White wires together. If You do decide to do the lockout later: Open the Alltrax Toolkit software and click on Tools then Options. Make sure You put the cart on TOW and disconnect the pack negative cable before doing any electrical work on the cart. |

Yes it will, you should not be making any changes to that part of the wiring.
