I had the same problem with mine i got under th cart and found that there are different holes that the brake cable can go through if you cable feels real tight move to the outer hole fixed my cart just fine no more problems

MY 2015 with MadJax also did the same thing. UBOLTS were lose and when I tighten them the problem was solved.
