Replace them all. If you don't you're gonna ruin the new one. Different age batteries equals different charge times. The new one will charge quicker than the other three and will begin to boil over while waiting for the others to catch up. Before you know it you'll have 4 junk batteries again.

Well, the first attempt at rebuilding the speed sensor didn't work.... Try again tomorrow...
Good thing I got two replacement parts

I am really curious now if that was even the issue after seeing your posted battery readings......

Second attempt fixed it!!! Must have had my solder touching when I installed it the first time....
Still going to replace the one battery with a better used one to get me through the season, then buy a whole set when I "have" to!!!

Update... Decided against the one battery theory and bit the bullet bought a new pack of trojans... Wow what a difference!!! Found a place locally that had the 12v trojan red for 170 per battery. Thought about going the Sam's route at 189.00 and then called Interstate battery... 299.00 ea!!! Thought this place would be high, but managed to save some bucks! Was thinking this was gonna cost close to a grand but got out for 680!!!
