Coded Rims
Had a customer today give me a set of rims and tires... 12 inch Visions with 25-10.5-12 Carlisle All Trails. They had been sitting outside and look decent except for the staining in the Aluminum. They were given to him by a friend associated with EZ-GO for his cart.
All the wheels had/have markings on them with torque settings ( 62 lbs. ) as well as some type of code. Any idea what the marks @ the bolt patterns could mean? All the bolt holes were numbered as well. I questioned him about the various numbers and he didn't have a clue what they meant. 2 tire.jpg 3 tire.jpg |

Re: Coded Rims
the only thing that makes any sense is that someone was teaching someone about bolt sequence's and torqueing lug nuts.

Re: Coded Rims
Not too weird for EZGO to include the tightening sequence in their manuals.
