Charger will not charge new batteries

Hey guys. We just installed new batteries then had to replace the circuit board in our charger. Now the new charger turns on but will not charge the batteries. Any help?

depending on the actual voltage on the batteries, you may need to charge each one to get to minimum pack voltage for your charger to kick on. For 36v pack I think its 32v for the pack

amayben, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

what type of charger do you have??

Charge individually then place back on charger as they sit at the store they slowly discharge 1%/day so two months old batteries are only 40% charged and may be below what your charger can sense. . .

Double check all your wiring connections to your batteries, especially making sure you connected the smaller cables to your charging receptacle! They are easy to forget to hook back up, just ask me how I know!
