Are you sure its plugged into a good recept?

What about the 15 amp circuit breaker built into the charger? It may be bad. Try jumpering it out with a 15 amp fuse.

What DC voltage should it be at the batteries from the charger?

Check it before you plug the charger in and check it again with the charger on. If the charger is working, there will be a huge difference. Should start off around 48 volts and work itself up as the charge progresses.

Ok progress note now. Batteries at 42vdc. Removed jumper wire and wired charger back to normal. Not bypassing the relay. And Boom it energized the relay and OBC is now in control.
Thanks for your help. Now to see if I my batteries are going to be ok.

What is the normal powerdrive2 DC output? Approximately what should it be. I looked up some information on testing the transformer. It said the output on the secondary should be 86vac. 85 or lower the transformer is bad. Does anyone have any input on this?

On the DC side of it all on a 48 volt cart you may see voltage as high as 65 volts during the Finish/Equalize segment of the charge.
