ezgo electric
I have an ezgo electric cart that stopped moving. Has new batteries, over 37 volts. Has motor controller Model # 1204-015, older cart. Solenoid does not click. Where do I start and how do I check the controller?
Warm regards, Ron |

Re: ezgo electric
The knowledgeable guys will probably be able to tell by the model number of the controller, but always good to post year and drive type of cart. I don't know enough to help but I've read that if your solenoid isn't clicking, you need to start the troubleshooting on the low amp side of things. I.e.: key switch, micro switches and maybe reed switch. Hopefully one of the big guns will be along soon. In the meantime post drive type and you can try searching the forum for the right wiring diagram. Figure out where you don't have voltage.

Re: ezgo electric
1204-015 is a series controller. What is the manufacture code on the serial # tag for this cart?
Basically check there is power(+) to the small #1 pin and a good throttle signal for starters..... but we need to ID the cart. |
