Ezgo RXV Controller upgrade????

Please post pictures of your wire splices / connections, or private message me with them.

If you did splice into the wrong wire, you made my mistake. The controller is repairable if your skilled with electronics repair. Otherwise FSIP (Flight Systems Industrial Products) has rebuilt controllers for sale on eBay.

Know that a new Curtis controller is less tolerant of out of specification switches & sensors than a well used Danaher. We may need to find a diagnostic handset to see what the new controller may be complaining about.

Also I did cut the wrong wire while doing the controller swap. Instead of cutting white wire from motor break- I cut white wire from speed sensor. But I didn’t use the 3way connector. I only connected the WHITE Wire from speed senor to the NEW White wire going into the new 35 pin adapter.
I did go back and splice the white wire from the motor break and used 3 way connector to splice both sides of Motor Break wire with NEW white wire from the NEW 35 pin adapter. do you think any damage was done to my controller from doing that??
