Ezgo RXV Run/Tow Switch

Is there anything spacific about a golf cart RUN/TOW switch? Or can you use any 15v 250amp Toggle Switch?

It should be a SPST switch with silver contacts. Or that's a common choice for Tow/run switches. The reason for the fancy metals for the contacts is they are the contact that takes the duty of connecting the batteries to the capacitors.

Thanks for the info! So it does need to be a specific switch? A normal ON/OFF toggle switch won’t work?

A normal switch will certainly work, but might not last as long as the correct switch.
