I'm drawing a blank on a Cushman Bellhop 7E or variants thereof, But EZGO didn't keep re-inventing the wheel like the auto industry did and they used the same design over and over again across makes, models and years, so with pictures of the cart, the controller and other parts of the drive system, we might find a workable schematic.
The description of the controller you gave in post#1, sounds like a Curtis 1204 or 1205 with a 1/2 speed revers input. Several of EZGO's cargo and personnel carriers had 48V series drives using one of the aforementioned controllers. |
