Default How do I do a front end alignment?

I have a 93 2-cycle and now that she is running quite fast, I need an alignment. Can anyone give me some idea of how to do this?

Center the steering wheel. Place a 2x4 on the outside of each wheel (placed on end ) Measure from the outside of 2x4 to outside of the opposite 2x4 from both the front of the tire and then again from the rear of the tire. Make equal adjustments until the front if the tire measurement is as close to 1/4" less than the rear measurement as possible. That should get you really close! Double check tire pressures too before you start.

A handy cold six pack wouldn't hurt either!

Any time you make a toe adjustment you need to roll the cart back and forth about ten feet to free everything up. The tires can bind against the ground then unload when the cart is moved changing the adjustment quite a bit.You also need to measure at the same spot on the tire to get a accurate reading.Say 3 inches from the rim or any measurement just as long as it is the same....

Also keep in mind that on the early ezgo steering, two people in the cart will bring the toe-in even further in.
