SO Sergio, if you have an Excell system (which I do not think I do) you could not get rid of the OBC?

I have never tried so I don't know the impact it would have with the regen function.
I have a precedent excell and with the batteries charged (51.4v), when I go down the hill towards my house and use the pedal up regen brake to slow down from 20mph to close to 0mph, the package voltage goes up to about 57v. I have seen it even higher if I have more people in the cart.
I have also noticed that sometimes if I ride it shortly after the charge cycle ends, the package voltage is still around 54+v. I never intentionally tried to do a full speed to zero down hill test with that voltage level to see what happens with the package voltage, but I hope the system is designed to prevent damage.

Based on a single test I just did, it appears that around 60.1 package voltage, there is a definite weakening of the regen brake.
