I have a 2013 precedent with the grey 1515-5201. I will need to get all the electronics as my cart was flooded In salt water. Now would be as best time to get a bit more speed out of it. What would you suggest as per modifications? I don’t want to spend much more then what it would cost me to find used stock parts. Thanks in advance.

You'll definitely need a wire harness, bucket harness (if you have lights), key switch if it got wet, motor, controller, solenoid, and tow/run switch. The OBC should be fine as it is a sealed unit. Just make sure the connectors aren't corroded where everything plugs into the back of it. Call me if you have any questions. I won't be around the computer again until late this evening. 706-836-7210.
