96 upgraded ds 48 volt harness
Can the harness that plugs into my upgraded controller be replaced ? If so any link to part ? Thanks ...its the origonal pluug.and i have the 300 amp FSIP upgraded controller..1996 club car system 48 power drive plus..

Is it a Regen 1 cart? Does it have a toggle switch FNR? If so the FSIP upgrade should have a adapter that plugs into that harness then to the new controller.

FSIP online catalog is down, I can't link it, but if you bought the conversion kit it should have came with it. If not you may have to call them and ask for the regen 1 to GE adapter.

I got the harness with the upgrade but the female harness on my cart is bad .z connector maybe ? .but its the main harness on my cart .

The original/OEM part number for the harness is:
101860801 - WIRE HARNESS- 48V REGEN I (appears that it's still available for BIG BUCKS) - but I can't find anything that references the connector by "generic / type". FSIP might know that connector by vendor description since they make adapters. Gotta be worth a call. |

Update..wasnt harness..somehow my throttle pedal was not adjusted..so adjusted it by turning bolt behond return spring underneath and works like a champ ..1400$ later of course..thanks all ..
