When was the last production year for the OBC, mounted in a factory Produced CC....

I was thinking it was a mid-year change because I know some members with 2013 ERIC systems (which have no OBC)

Club Car Precedent Excel cars manufactured from October 2013 forward have the E.R.I.C. high frequency charger system (no OBC) and are identified with serial number prefix PJ.

I would not call it a OBC & charger combo, because the real OBC monitors power consumed and added (hence main negative cable through OBC) to determine how much to charge. An OBC in a charger wouldn't be able to monitor this way.
Glad to see them finally gone. |

The Eric charger is the first smart charger CC has issued since 1994.
The OBC was a 20 yr experiment. |
