The so called HD switch shown is actually a down grade from the old 36v style switch you have (also shown). Because the 36v system passes more AMPERAGE than the 48v system, the F&R you have is actually better than what you are looking to buy there. PLUS, you do not need the 3 micro switches... so just get a fresh stock 36v replacement for this cart and call it a day.

I don't recommend tires over 23 inches on any electric cart. Extremely tall tires just create too many problems with the electric drive systems in terms of excessive load resulting in component failures.

I hope it helps. Fact is a standard 36v switch is heavier duty than the Nivel HD 48 switch you posted. And if you need the best of both worlds... 36v HD desogn and 3 micro switches choose Scotty's custom CCFR92 switch

That’s the switch I used in my CC torque build and couldn’t be happier with it.
