Series controller upgrade.
What are the best options for upgrades to replace a 1204 controller? I plan to upgrade the motor eventually too. The cart will prob not get a lift or bigger tires, but you never know. It also has a rear seat, but rarely sees any hilly terrain. I’d like to get something that can handle a lot, but not sure that my wallet can support it. The current controller I have is bad, so it’ll need to be replaced. Just looking for some ideas. Thanks in advance!

Alltrax SR500 (there is a 600, but may be more than you need.) Here they are... https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/motor-controllers

Re: Series controller upgrade.
Sounds good. The SR500 controller/400 solenoid is the most popular choice for this cart.
It will run the stock motor now and any aftermarket motor later. |
