it’s still has the stock motor and controller in it what I was asking would the Admiral MOT-A1 be a good upgrade with the stock controller sorry for the confusion

Most definitely. 12-14 MPH is normal for a stock motor.

Give us an update after it’s installed, I’m looking at this motor for my cart. I have all of the supporting mods done already though...
