Did You check with RevolutionGolfCars to make sure that kit includes a compatible motor bumper part # 1022352-01?

Didn't know that, haven had to take any motors apart that were that new.
That's why Sergio's the man!

But as for the noise, the chatter doesn't come from the bearing. On motors affected by this the chatter comes from the motor coupler where it slides on the input shaft of the transmission. Hopefully the new bumper takes care of yours.

well i took out the old motor bumper and installed the new from tahoedawg and the sound is still there could this be the input shaft bearing in the trans-axle ?
plus the cart does have a louder wining sound than normal i have 3 carts and 2 of them are 2015s and this one is one of the 15s my 2007 DS is very quiet the
wining sound goes away when letting off the pedal

Did you take the armature out of the motor and check the bearing on the end?
Did you spin the input shaft to check for noise or rough feeling or check it for play up/down or in/out?

If the wheels are off the ground the input shaft should spin easily by hand.

The motor kinda has to be taken apart to get to the bearing. The easier way might be to just remove the cover plate on the end. The cover plate should come off with the armature still in the case. Once it’s out of the way you can spin the bearing and feel it for play or roughness.

Ok. Looking at the splines in the motor coupler and on the input shaft, are they rusty? Are there any heavy wear marks or obvious places that look polished or badly worn down?

If you just rock the input shaft back and forth slightly do you feel a lot of play in the rotation? Does it feel like there’s a lot of slack before it starts turning the other gears inside the trans?
