Default Need help with charger

Got a 2009 Stealth Patriot 48 volt buggie. Charger has been acting erratic by charging sometime, not charging other times. Charger is a Quick Charge OBC Model SCO4825. I took all batteries out, charged with auto charger (2 at a time) until all charged (pak voltage at 50.2 per volt meter). Put batteries back in , cleaned all connectors good and plugged in charger. Still not charging. Blinks red/yellow/green. Any ideas as to how to check charger.

Looking the charger up it looks like that should be an on-board mounted charger?
Where do the charge leads connect to the battery pack? Are the ends corroded? Is there a plug or access cover where the charge leads connect to the charger? Can you check voltage on the charge leads at the charger to make sure it’s seeing the proper pack voltage?

Yes, it is an on board mounted charger. 2 wires coming out of charger, red to pack + and black to pack -. I have replaced ends on terminal. Will open it up and check voltage where wires come in charger and read voltage from pack. Wires look OK from batteries to charger. Will report back what I find, Thx

Here is where wires go in . Not sure where to check the black. It goes into coil. Can you give me some guidance? I don’t want to go poking around with voltmeter...Also do you see anything that may be bad. Nothing smells burned in coil,

Ok, the charge wire comes in and is joined at the coil with a smaller black wire.
Follow that small black wire that runs from the coil down to the board. Black meter lead can go where that small wire is soldered to the board. Red lead goes where the large red wire is soldered on. You might have to scrape at the connections a bit to get a good reading. Looks like they sprayed sealant on everything to keep corrosion out.

I don't see anything visually wrong on that end, but all it takes is one cracked solder joint for something like that to not function.
Is there another access panel on the other end where the AC wires go in? I would think there should be a relay in there somewhere.

Thanks for your help! I will check voltage this weekend and report what I find. I will take picture of other side (AC in) and send also.

Getting 48.5 volts at small black wire and large red wire on chip board. That is what pack reads.
