Cart has power surges
I have a 2007.
It drives at a good speed for a short while, then goes down to 5mph. It occasionally surges in speed. I am a beginner at learning this as I know nothing about mechanics or golf carts. Sometimes when I jiggle the wires underneath the bench it will go at a good speed again for 30 feet or so. Grrrrrr. I need help. |

Re: Cart has power surges
Two things- first, do this test and report back with the results: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=68248
Second, while the cart is in Neutral, pump the go pedal about 30 times quickly and see if things improve. If it gets better, your MCOR (throttle box) is failing and needs to be replaced. |
