One more thing, what is your pack voltage? Have you been able to fully charge the batteries?

Ok so the motors are not compatible between the two carts, one is series and one is sepex.

Ive put a new speed sensor on there and it still doing the same thing it will go backwards in forward or rev. For about 3 sec and clicks off

When it ‘clicks off’ is the solenoid actually disengaging? This can be verified with an ohmmeter.
